Just picked up Mexican Heat by Lanyon & Baumbach. The opening sex sceen is hot! Really wish they could have worked out the partnership issues and finished this series :(
A re-read BTW…I keep drooling and hoping for a sequel miracle.
Recently read on Laura Baumbach’s website that she is considering finishing the series solo. I’m conflicted.
Yes, I know…..their were a *lot* of unanswered questios at the end of ”Mexican Heat”. If she does finish it off solo, will probably still get it because she’s not usually disappointed me (although ”Shadows in Time” was a let down after the never-ending wait).
….geez…..”there were a *lot*” rather than ”their”……poor spelling and grammar bug the heck out of me in stories but I’m not good at proofreading my own stuff.

So quiet around here.
OK folks, how do you choose books for your keeper shelf. Do you re-read, and if so what m/m have you re-read the most often?
If I bought it (e-book, that is), I keep it. Most re-read….hmmm, that’s tough. JL Langley’s SciRegency’s, Adrien English of course, Jez Morrow’s stuff. I have too many to name all of them!!
Adrien English keeps hitting my book radar. I’ve read a couple books by that author, and frankly they were ok…but that’s about it. His lead characters were all tweedy, timid, almost frail…I really couldn’t identify. Well written tho. But I’ve been ignoring the numerous recommends for this series…my poor brain is conflicted lol!
