Is eagles nest worth the trip : For me, visiting Hitler's Eagle's Nest was absolutely worth it! And I didn't even get to see the views! And I actually spent 3 hours hiking up the mountain to get there! As a WWII enthusiast, I found so much history here to appreciate.
